Mike+Nadine

Mike Meyer

Over the last 20 years Mike has been extensively involved in the real estate and mortgage industry.  Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and also a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Mike initially obtained his real estate license in 1999.  His experience includes commercial real estate, real estate development, business management and sales management.  Mike has received numerous awards over the years recognizing his sales ability.  He has also managed teams of salespeople and has a passion for helping others reach their goals.

Mike’s experience and prior success will help serve as the catalyst to help manage The Meyer Group’s people, processes and clients.

Nadine Meyer

Nadine Meyer has more than of decade of experience buying and selling homes. That adds up to a lot of listings, a lot of transactions, and a lot of satisfied clients.

Nadine has a distinctive ability to help people buy and sell real estate. Her friendly and caring attitude makes the experience a positive one for all involved. Constantly challenging herself, she brings a unique and aggressive approach to each transaction.

Nadine has a true passion for real estate that shows each day through her work ethic and determination to be an outstanding resource for their clients.

Brit Ewers

Brit Ewers has a natural passion for real estate with over 10 years of experience working with buyers, sellers and builders.  He has extensive knowledge of residential new construction and has represented several developers in the onsite sales, marketing and design of luxury townhome and condominium projects.

Brit places a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail, market knowledge, customer service and building long lasting relationships in every transaction. Brit earned a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has completed the Certified Negotiation Expert real estate designation.

Melanie Till

As an active, full time Realtor, Melanie prides herself on excellent customer service, attention to detail, and an honest sales approach. She has worked in sales on both the buying and selling side for over ten years, which has given her a wealth of knowledge on what a client expects and deserves. To her customer service is number one, and her goal is to not only find your perfect home but to do that with the utmost care and consideration.

Her past clients praise her for her passion, as well as bringing excitement and fun to sometimes stressful situations. Coming from a corporate environment in New York City, she knows that time is money, especially in the current Real Estate market Dallas is experiencing.

Liz Mello

As a native Texan and third-generation Dallasite, Liz is elated to assist her clients in finding the perfect home here in the city. Dallas is home so many uniquely fabulous neighborhoods that truly cater to every personality. There is definitely a place for everyone here, and Liz enjoys helping people realize their dream of owning a home in this great city.

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Liz spent several years in public education: teaching students, teaching teachers and opening a new school with other amazing educators. Her experiences in the classroom have helped shaped her philosophy when working with clients. Her job is to facilitate, and often times teach my clients about the home buying or selling process. No one transaction is the same and no one client is the same, and that is something that she loves about this business. Liz received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and her Master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University.

  When Liz is not showing houses, writing offers or closing transactions, her time is spent with her precious daughter and her adorable husband.

Briana Rabelo

Having lived in Dallas for the past thirteen years, Briana has come to know this city inside and out. Growing up in a real estate family, she knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue the industry. After graduating college equipped with the tools to compliment her passion, Briana was eager to immediately begin her career and have been furthering it ever since. Having been involved in many home renovation projects at the start of her professional career, she had the confidence and persistence to convince her husband to renovate their first home. They have since fallen in love with the process and continue renovating homes as a favorite pastime.

As a real estate agent in Dallas, Briana specializes in town-home and condo sales with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry as a whole. She takes an honest and detailed approach to everything she does, giving each and every client her undivided attention and the utmost respect.

Karmel Garcia

Whether it is buying, selling or working with developers, Karmel has a track-record of closing for her clients. As an established Realtor in the DFW market, Karmelhas a broad array of experience ranging from working closely with first-time home buyers to helping families land their dream homes. Having worked on transactions large and small, Karmel treats every client like family, not a number. She takes great pride in open communication, customer service and meticulous attention to detail in each transaction she is involved with.

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Karmel was a Corporate Services Associate at Ares Capital Management in Los Angeles, one of the largest private equity firms in the world. Prior thereto, Karmel spent time in New York City consulting for NBC’s Education Nation. Karmel’s wide breadth of corporate and customer service experience perfectly aligns her skill set to help clients in the fast paced DFW real estate market.

When not working, Karmel enjoys spending time with her adorable son and handsome husband.
